The takeaway, every American is subject to being a target at this time from the F.B.I. as there are no checks and balances in effect and all laws that are supposed to protect an individual's Civil Rights have been compromised through the lack of accountability.
It is the O.I.G. responsibility to investigate complaints against the F.B.I. and it seems that the F.B.I. only makes things worse by Gangstalking these whistleblowers.
It is impossible to even report attacks of Direct Energy Weapons and Gangstalking activities. Once you file a report it is closed and the Gangstalking gets worse while senators and congress reply to concerns that they should seek a lawyer but how is this possible once they have held you prisoner and removed you from your income and ability to support yourself.
The T.I. program is just that a way to methodologically deprive you of income, ability to support, and discredit you by flaming and gaslighting techniques. They will go to the extent of having you beaten and knocking teeth out to make you seem less educated or sound uneducated. In some testimonies victims are drugged or poisoned.
